Jeffrey Harding co-founded an e-scrap processor in San Bernardino in 2003. In 2006 he founded Recycle San Diego as a mobile hauler of e-waste, and established a permanent facility to accept e-waste daily in 2007. Ever since, Recycle San Diego has been growing and recycling over 85 tons of e-waste each month. Jeffrey believes that e-waste recycling should be easy and free for consumers, and has thus pioneered the practice of hosting free e-waste recycling events each week throughout San Diego County.
Mr. Harding is a Board Member of Accion San Diego, a member of the Spreckels Organ Society, a member of the Hillcrest-Mission Valley Lion’s Club, a Loud & Clear member of Voice of San Diego, a Lincoln Club of San Diego County member, and San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce member. Mr. Harding believes in community service and supporting causes that increases transparency in government and policies that supports the small business community.

Gordon has the exciting responsibility of coordinating corporate communications and messaging to ensure that Recycle San Diego’s environmental mission to help eliminate eWaste from our local landfills is clear and consistent with the company’s outreach programs to its customers and neighbors. Gordon works closely with the President to partner with other environmentally-friendly organizations to host free eWaste recycling events and promotes the environmental mantra of “Reuse, Recycle, and Refurbish.”

Pete is responsible for developing and maintaining Business to Business (B2B) opportunities while creating an awareness of Electronics Recycling to the Greater San Diego Business community. He assisted in developing a Media Kit and verbiage for our recently revamped website. Pete enjoys working with the President and other Team members of Recycle San Diego in strategically growing the business while providing safe, environmentally friendly and innovative ways to reduce, reuse and re-purpose electronic waste.

Danielle Caldwell, Customer Service Representative

Danielle is responsible for customer service and dispatch. When you call us it’s likely you will be blessed with the opportunity to speak with Danielle. Danielle is very knowledgeable with our services and strives to ensure your experience with us was a good one. She coordinates our delivery service with our Warehouse Staff and manages all follow up calls and customer surveys. She reports to management the customer experience and makes recommendations for improvement. She assisted in developing a Live Chat on our website. Danielle enjoys photography, crafts and arts, and sewing/quilting. She can also throw a great company party.

Steven Ehrn, Warehouse Manager & EHSMS Specialist

Steve oversees all of the functions as warehouse manager, but also ensures our strict compliance to our own Environmental, Health, and Safety policies. Steve has over 20 years experience in retail management and training. He trains all warehouse staff, our delivery staff, and even our management team on our EHS policies. He works closely with the President to implement training of new systems and policies. In addition to this he supervises our off-site e-waste events to ensure the same policies are enforced there. Steve’s hard work and attention to detail, training, and dedication to enforcing policy helps us ensure our mission is successful.

Forrest Adams. Remarketing Manager

Forrest is our tech guru. He can fix anything that plugs in. His job is to oversee our repair and remarketing department and to evaluate potential reuse for our customers who want cash for their IT assets. Forrest has been in the computer repair industry since he was a small child. His father taught him how to repair tube televisions, cars, and electrical/plumbing work. He’s a self taught expert when it comes to modern electronics repair.
