The facility is at 1044 W. Washington in Escondido, and they are open from 8 AM to 3 PM. However, the facility is only open on the 2^nd and 4^th Saturday of each month, and you have to call for an appointment. You can call the above number. When you reach the facility, you will have to show proof of residency with a utility bill or driver’s license. You can drop of up to 15 gallons of liquids and 125 pounds of material at a time.
